Apex was selected as the best small town (less than 50K population) in the USA in 2018 I believe and we agree great downtown good dinning small-town vibe.

Our home is located within 30 minutes or less of just about everything. Downtown, the airport, great dining, major shopping malls, we are 10 minutes away from Western Wake Hospital and all the surrounding doctor's offices and other medical facilities, major big-box stores such as BJ's, and Costco. We are in a well established quiet neighborhood that is extremely stable homes rarely go up for sale and if they do they do not last long at all.

What grocery stores and other conveniences are close to your home

Just outside our neighborhood is a Harris Teeter and a Publix Market for major brands within 5 minutes.

Are there any annual events you look forward to attending each year? 

The annual fireworks display at the Coco booth amphitheater draws a huge crowd as does the July fourth parade in down-town Apex.

What do your monthly utility bills typically look like? 

Power is around $250 gas is around $55 there are a number of options for internet such as AT&T or spectrum and all the satellite companies you chose.

Recent Renovations?

This is gonna be a long list. We have installed new true hardwood flooring throughout the first floor (white Oak, pickled), new carpeting upstairs, replaced the outside deck, new cabinetry in the kitchen, all new kitchen appliances (stainless steel) "touch" faucets at all three sinks in the kitchen, repainted the exterior of the house. The roof was replaced within the last ten years (fifty-year dimension shingles by Armstrong) as was the exterior siding (with Hardie cement siding) seamless gutters everywhere. All new plumbing fixtures throughout the house.

This is a very well established neighborhood very stable with homes rarely going on the market. only within the last two years have we decided to relocate in our retirement years. We have watched an entire generation grow up and move off to college in the last twenty-five years and now the process is starting over with the few new family's that have moved in. Quiet, stable secure I cannot remember the last time there was an issue requiring assistance from the police in this neighborhood.
