Dear Potential Buyer -
I have lived in this house for a good many years with lots of memories and good times. It is now time for me to move on and for someone else to enjoy this beautiful well built home.
While my husband and I were building this house, we would meet most days at the house. He would bring lunch and while walking around to see the progress, we would
discuss the workmanship and how it was coming along. Once in a while, he would bring lunch to the workers to show our appreciation for all their hard work. Our
feeling was, if you treat the workers with respect and appreciation, you end up with a home everyone could be proud of.
When my younger son was a teenager, he would have his friends over to play music. They had their own band at the time. We were so thankful that the sound proofing
in this house was so good we could sit in the family room and carry on a conversation in a normal voice while the band practiced.
I remember the day my daughter got married and all of the out of town family came back to our home after the reception to continue celebrating.
Thankfully the house was so big it could accommodate everyone easily.
When my first grandchild was born, I remember babysitting her and sitting in the family room rocking her to sleep. As she got older, she would occasionally spend the night.
She was right around 5 years old and did not want to sleep upstairs by herself. I was so thankful for that sitting room in the master suite. I would pull out the sofa bed
for her. However, not before she had a bath in the huge jacuzzi. She called it her swimming pool. She would wake early and come into our bedroom, ready
to climb in the bed and snuggle before breakfast. Thank God for a master bedroom that easily accommodates a king size bed.
How my two grandsons would come for a weekend when they got older to work outside moving mulch and pine straw for the yard. There was plenty of room for them
to do just about anything they wanted - tossing a ball, running off some steam, or just feeling safe in the fenced back yard.
Christmases were the best of all. All 3 of my children and their families were here to celebrate and we would all be in the kitchen working on dinner. The double ovens
being put to good use. The big eat-in kitchen accommodated everyone - sons, daughter and their families. If the noise got to be too much, off they would go upstairs for a
little bit of peace and quiet. They liked the fact that the sound did not carry upstairs because of the layout of the home.
If you need privacy either from the outside world or just from the kids - this house will give that to you. If you want to spend time with the neighbors just chit chatting,
that is also a choice.
This house is the best of both worlds - you get to choose - quiet and private or activity.
I have a lot of good memories in this home and I wish you the same. An opportunity to live in a home that I know will bring you everything you are looking for.
